Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern use of the EasyPoolPass digital pool pass and guest pass management service (the "Service"), provided to residential communities ("Facilities") and their residents. By registering a Facility, creating a resident account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
EasyPoolPass provides Facilities with tools to manage resident pool access, daily passes, and paid or free guest passes. Facility administrators are responsible for the accuracy of their Facility's guest pass pricing, policies, and resident records.
Accounts
Resident accounts are tied to a phone number provided to, or verified by, the resident's Facility. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for any activity that occurs under your account.
Guest Pass Purchases
Guest pass pricing is set individually by each Facility. Payments are processed securely by Braintree. All sales are final unless otherwise stated by your Facility.
Communications
By providing a phone number or email address, you agree to receive account-related SMS and email communications as described in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of informational text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including sharing pass credentials to gain unauthorized facility access, attempting to interfere with the Service's operation, or providing false information.
Termination
A Facility or EasyPoolPass may suspend or terminate a resident's access to the Service, including for violation of these Terms or at the request of the resident's Facility.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." EasyPoolPass is not responsible for a Facility's own policies, pricing, or amenities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyPoolPass's liability arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount, if any, paid by you through the Service in the preceding twelve months.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
